Cancer treatment (surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy)
Coronary artery bypass surgery
Heart valve replacement
Neurosurgery
Bone marrow transplant
Live-donor organ or tissue replacement

€ 500 000 - maximum annual Sum Insured
€ 1,000,000 - maximum lifetime Sum Insured

MEDICAL SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED

Second Opinion: Confirmation or refutation of the diagnosis by an international-class specialist
Consideration of the best treatment: we will help with choosing the best course of treatment, clinic, doctor
Preparation for treatment: consultation, necessary examinations, and preoperative care
Treatment: surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, etc
Postoperative care: treatment and support after surgery or intervention
Medications and devices: necessary medicines, dressing materials, and medical devices for home use are provided
Skilled nursing services
Donor-related medical expenses: if a donor is needed
Provision of medications in Armenia: after treatment abroad, the necessary pharmaceutical drugs for supportive care are provided in Armenia

The insured person does not pay any expenses, we pay for all services.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE

The age of the insured person should not exceed 69 years
Children are eligible for insurance provided that at least one parent is insured

TERM AND TERRITORY OF INSURANCE

Insurance territory - all over the world, except for Armenia and the USA
The insurance contract is signed for a period of 1 year
The waiting period (temporary deductible) is 180 days from the effective date of the contract during the first year of continuous insurance
Pre-existing conditions, as well as illnesses arising during the waiting period, are excluded from coverage
No waiting period applies when renewing an existing contract

Medical records provision: medical documents and data are provided for review by the assistance company
Second opinion: A world-class specialist of the assistance company provides a detailed report, based on the medical documets and data provided
Diagnosis confirmation/refutation: If the diagnosis is confirmed, the best course of treatment is proposed
Treatment location and specialists recommendation: the insured person is offered leading specialists and clinics worldwide where the prescribed treatment can be carried out
Choice of options: The client selects a specialist or clinic from the proposed options

Second step․ Treatment in the best medical facilities in the world

Appointment of visit/treatment days with the selected clinic
Organizing travel and accommodation for the client, companion, and donor
Treatment as per the agreed arrangements
