Who's Eligible for Coverage
Any capable individual aged 18 to 70, and family members up to 70 years old, can apply.
Eligible family members include:
- Spouses
- Children, including those who are adopted
- Parents, and the siblings of spouses who share a common household with the primary insured person
Exclusions from Coverage
We aim to protect as many people as possible, but certain individuals are not eligible, including:
- Category I and II disabled individuals, including disabled children
- Those struggling with persistent neurological or mental disordersIndividuals undergoing care at psychiatric, narcological, or antituberculosis clinics
- Patients receiving inpatient or outpatient treatment or undergoing examinations until they achieve full recovery
- Individuals with AIDS or other immunodeficiency diseases
- Individuals under legal investigation or in detention
- Persons requiring constant care due to health conditions

- Recognition of I or II degree disability, or "Disabled child" status
