Who pays the refund
The injured person receives insurance compensation in the insurance company with which he has entered into a CMTPL agreement. A person who does not have a CMTPL agreement, for example: the owner of a damaged billboard, can submit an application to the insurance company with which the CMTPL agreement is signed for any of the vehicles involved in an accident.
If the amount of damage caused exceeds the specified amounts, the difference is paid to the victim by the guilty party.
