Responsibilities

Perform application processing
Provide advice to clients on the application processing process for health insurance
Compile application packages, collect documents
Perform application processing
Perform invoicing
Provide information on the application process via phone call

Requirements
Higher education
Fluent in English and Armenian, good knowledge of Russian
Good knowledge of MS Office package /in particular Word, Excel/
Excellent communication skills
High attention and sense of responsibility
Ability to work with large amounts of information
Stress tolerance
Ability to work in a team
