We are looking for a goal-oriented, responsible, optimistic, and highly creative new team member, who will support the overall operations of HR department, primarily corporate recruiting, but also including training and development, employee relations and other activities.

Responsibilities

Review job details and prepare postings; in coordination with hiring manager determine recruitment strategy including pre-screening questions, and where advertising would occur to provide diverse applicant pool
Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, networking, and online tools
Provide initial screening of applicant pools, as well as phone screens or interviews where applicable
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools
Manage and maintain records within the HR system to ensure accuracy and compliance
Participate in implementation of effective onboarding and training programs to enhance employee skills and retention
Act as the go-to contact for employees with HR-related questions or concerns
Participate in submitting reports and analyses conducted by the HR department
Support the organization of HR events.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree /in human resources, business administration, psychology, social sciences, or a related field is a plus/
At least 1 year of experience in the field of human resources management or participation in HR projects
Excellent communication skills
Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English
Proficiency in MS Office suite
A people-oriented approach with a passion for supporting and engaging employees
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
The ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Participation in HR-related courses, seminars, and training, as well as experience in conducting training sessions, will be considered an advantage.
