The shareholders of the Company are “GRAWE REINSURANCE LIMITED” LLC holding 75% of the shares and “C-Q Investment Group” LLC holding 25% of the shares.

“LIGA INSURANCE” CJSC was founded in 2008 under the name “RGS-ARMENIA”. On May 20, 2008, “LIGA INSURANCE” CJSC was granted License No. APO N0009 to carry out non-life insurance activities.

The shareholders and investors of “LIGA INSURANCE” CJSC — “GRAWE REINSURANCE LIMITED” LLC (75%) and “C-Q Investment Group” LLC (25%) — are entitled to receive the information defined by Article 84 of the RA Law “On Insurance and Insurance Activity” upon written request within three working days. The written request may be submitted in person or sent by mail to the head office of “LIGA INSURANCE” CJSC at the following address: 1 Northern Avenue, Yerevan 0001, Republic of Armenia.

No insurance contracts have been concluded with a significant participant of the Company.
